What is your return policy?

I received a damaged item in my order, what should I do?

Please send an image of the damaged/unworn item(s), your order number, and the packing slip that was included in your order over to our customer relations team at [email protected] for further assistance.

Can I return two separate orders in one package?

Unfortunately, multiple orders cannot be combined in one return package at this time. When a return is submitted, our system will automatically process your exchange or store credit once the tracking for your return has been scanned by your local pos

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer relations team at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order and we will try to cancel your order before it ships.

Can my cancellation be reimbursed to a different form of payment?

At this time we may only process cancellation refunds back to the original form of payment charged at checkout.

If my return had a discount applied to it, will my return be of equal price value or full price?

All returns will amount to the value of your items seen at checkout after applying any promotional offers to your order.

I received an item as a gift. How do I initiate a return?

For any order you received as a gift, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can help facilitate the exchange/return.

Is the $10 re-stocking fee applicable to all return options?

Yes all returned/exchanged items will require the $10 re-stocking fee.

Can I apply a discount code to any returns?

Discount codes can't be used on return/exchange orders.
